This is an original mixed media painting. Inspired by Grimes' "Delete Forever", this piece is meant to have multiple meanings based on the viewer's life experiences. For me personally, this painting is a manifestation of my internal intrusive OCD and as a way of coping with intrusive thoughts, I created a surrealist piece of art. As someone who loves horror art, surrealism, and a love for depicting the human anatomy through old oil painting methods, this piece is a prime example of me as an artist.
This painting is 16"x20" on stretched canvas, ready-to-hang, fully varnished, and signed. While the majority of the painting is in oil paint, the flowers are made of fabric and are secured onto the canvas with glue.
